Meet Kari



Thirty years behind the grooming table, and Kari still doesn't have a single client with two legs. That's exactly how she likes it. She believes every dog deserves more than an assembly line haircut. Every pup has their own needs, preferences, personality, attitude, quirks, and charm. The fun is discovering what makes each one unique, then creating a style that brings it to life while making the grooming process pleasant and maintaining comfort between grooms. Turning every dog into their unique and original self has always been her favorite part of grooming.

She's never been interested in following trends just because they're trendy. A great haircut should fit the dog wearing it, work with their coat, suit their lifestyle, and leave them feeling as good as they look. She believes every great haircut has three opinions involved. Yours, hers, and the dogs. The dogs just happens to have the biggest vote. If that means telling an owner, "We can do even better than that," or "I don't recommend that," she will.

When the clippers are put away, the creativity doesn't stop. Whether she's designing commercial fabrics, making cute dress up ties and accessories, writing Suno songs, getting lost in another creative project, playing video games, or curled up with her little dog, Monkey, she's happiest creating something original.
